How does the automatic charging work?
The wall switch must be in the ON position for the bulb to charge. It takes about 8 to 10 hours of normal usage to fully charge the internal battery.
Will the bulb turn on if the switch is off during a power cut?
No. The bulb only turns on during a power cut if the main wall switch is kept ON. If you turn the switch OFF, the bulb acts like a normal light and stays off.
How can I test the emergency feature?
To test the emergency feature without a power cut, simply touch both the bottom metal pins of the B22 base simultaneously with a slightly damp finger or a piece of conductive wire.
Can I use it in enclosed fixtures?
Do not use this bulb in fully enclosed, unventilated fixtures, as the internal battery requires basic heat dissipation to maintain its lifespan.
